TeleHealth

Telehealth services are available for patients needing care for certain qualifying conditions. Call your provider’s office to schedule an appointment. Please note that most insurances are waiving the copays for TeleHealth visits. Telehealth visits will only be available during this period of COVID-19 public health management and may not become a standard service offering of Benjamin Liess ENT LLC.

We recommend using the Healow app to participate in a telehealth discussion with your provider. Sign up for MyPatient portal and then download an app.

  • The practice code to connect to our office in the app is ICEGBD
  • If using a computer, you must have a webcam and microphone. It is also recommended to use Google Chrome

Call your provider’s office to schedule a telehealth appointment. Once scheduled, activate a telehealth appointment through a Healow app:

  1. Select “Appointments”
  2. Tap on the eye (under your appointment time)

Before your visit starts:

If you have a cuff, please check your blood pressure. Also, record your temperature if this is an ill visit.

Your Televisit

  • Remember to hold the camera in front of your face unless your provider asks you to show some other part of your body.
  • Remember to be in a private area where you can keep your medical information private.

Troubleshooting:

Q: My app does not find a camera or microphone:

A: You will have to allow the Healow app access to your camera and microphone in the settings of your phone.
